東莞港位于廣東省中南部，珠江口東岸，粵港澳大灣區核心經濟帶，區位優勢顯著，產業特征明顯。前身為“虎門港”，1997年獲批國家一類口岸，2016年更名為“東莞港”，擁有53公里深水岸線，海域面積79平方公里，航道水深-13米，由內河港區、麻涌（新沙南）港區、沙田港區、沙角港區和長安港區構成。2019年，東莞港完成集裝箱吞吐量405萬標箱，貨物吞吐量1.98億噸，在全國沿海集裝箱港口排名第12位。
